Actors Interested in performing with Perth Playback Theatre? We are always looking for people who, as citizen actors, would like to be part of Playback Theatre's acitvities. Musicians Each Playback performance works with four actors, a musician and a 'conductor' who encourages audience members to tell a story, share an experience, or tell us how they felt about something. We play it back in a number of forms and live, improvised music is central to Playback's method of capturing the moment and giving it back to the 'teller' and the audience Conductors Besides facilitating stories and moments from an audience, a Playback Conductor is responsible for negotiations with a client prior to a performance. They will discuss the particular needs of the client, how Playback works and what we need for a successful performance. This is a great leadership role in our organisation
